Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in delivering excellent dining service and ensuring a high-quality guest experience in line with local expectations and international standards.
Saudi residency is mandatory. Note: Only candidates with experience as a Waiter/Waitress will be considered. Barista experience alone is not accepted for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards. Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests and handling requests or complaints efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards in compliance with KSA regulations. Process bills and handle payments accurately. Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.
Required Qualifications & Experience Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory. Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress (restaurant or hospitality setting). Waiter experience is required — candidates with only Barista experience will not be considered. Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Preferred Background Experience working in restaurants, cafés (as service staff), hotels, or fine dining establishments in KSA. Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking procedures.
