Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods using visual, dimensional, and functional testing methods.
• Utilize quality control tools and instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gages, CMMs) to verify product conformity to specifications.
• Document inspection results, maintain accurate quality records, and generate detailed reports for management review.
• Identify and log non-conforming products, initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs), and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Participate in root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or Pareto analysis.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues in real time and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, first-pass yield, scrap rates) and contribute to quality KPI tracking.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality policies.

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in quality control, manufacturing inspection, or a similar role.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Experience with quality control tools and measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gages).
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (required for this role) is essential.
