Pay Range
$24.88 - 28.61/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
The Housing Coordinator will coordinate housing efforts for the HUD and PATH PSH housing programs by developing and maintaining relationships with All Chicago, managing entity for the CoC, to support the program with Coordinated Entry System (CES) and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) related navigation. They will collaborate with different teams/programs, and with representatives from the city, state, and county to secure safe and affordable housing for clients. The Housing Coordinator will support in managing all aspects of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grant and IDHS grants for the programs.
