As a Senior Paralegal, you will own the day-to-day legal operations surrounding our commercial agreements, compliance efforts, international corporate subsidiaries, and corporate recordkeeping.
Thriving in a remote-first, AI-forward, high-growth environment, you will proactively analyze contractual risk, and streamline our contract and due diligence databases, while also supporting strategic projects like M&A, financings, and IP portfolio management.
