If you have previous, extensive experience in supervisor roles, retail sales, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences, we want to hear from you. As an Assistant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of running a dealership, interact with diverse customers, and contribute to our success. Our 90-day training program will prepare you for success. It is also possible to progress into a General Manager role depending on prior experience and performance as an Assistant Manager.
