Job Title: Female Barista (Filipino Preferred) – Local Hiring, Saudi Arabia Location: Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Nationality Preference: Filipino (Local Transfer/Iqama Transfer Preferred) Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining cleanliness, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other hot and cold beverages. Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and POS systems. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. Ensure beverages are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas.

Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages. Process cash and card payments accurately. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Assist with opening and closing duties as required. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

Female candidate currently residing in Saudi Arabia. Filipino nationality preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant. Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art. Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude. Transferable Iqama preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with specialty coffee and manual brewing methods. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
