Field Service Engineer – Laser Cutting Machines 📍 Location: Mexico (Travel Required) Our client is a global company specialized in industrial machinery and laser cutting systems for the metalworking industry. They are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, installation, and maintenance of advanced laser cutting equipment.
Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of laser cutting machines at customer facilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot PLC and CNC systems
- Provide technical support and follow-up with customers
- Interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings
- Support customers during equipment startup and service calls Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in: Mechatronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5+ years of experience in field service engineering
- Experience with laser cutting machinery preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Advanced English Technical Knowledge
- PLC and CNC systems
