Job description
Experience:
- 10+ years of related multinational experience as an HVAC/R Maintenance Engineer in oil & gas plants (refineries, LNG, or petrochemical) or as a field engineer during plant erection and commissioning Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills with ability to interact at all levels
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in upstream oil & gas operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and control systems
- Good analytical, coordination, cooperation, and planning skills
- Result-driven mindset
- Strong focus on operational safety
- Ability to evaluate technical, economic, environmental, and safety aspects before decisions
- Familiar with Process Safety Pillars and relevant elements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HVAC or similar (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) 10+ Years work experience in mandatory, prefer with GCC and/or oil refinery exposure
