The Practice Director oversees operations within a practice of Valley Health Partners Community Health Center (VHP) practices. Provides leadership and works with colleagues by providing supervision and direction around practice operations as well as instilling the mission, vision, and values of the areas they lead. Ensures patient access, financial performance, efficient operations, effective growth, colleague development, and optimal patient experience takes place.
