Job description
Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Emergency Medicine Physician embedded within a private executive medical and yacht-based care structure operating between Dubai, the Mediterranean, and international travel routes. This role is designed for acute response capability within a high-net-worth mobility environment.
You will provide frontline medical decision-making for sudden illness, trauma, and time-sensitive clinical deterioration across yacht settings, private residences, and international travel contexts. You will act as the primary escalation physician for acute presentations, coordinating stabilization, aeromedical evacuation when required, and direct liaison with tertiary hospitals across Europe, the UK, and the US.
The role operates alongside a preventive medicine team, but your focus is acute risk management, stabilization, and clinical command under uncertainty. The environment is low-volume, high-complexity, and highly discreet. Decisions are expected to be immediate, evidence-based, and clinically decisive.
Requirements
