Organizational Change Management Lead - Finance Transformation

We are looking for an Organizational Change Management Lead who will drive the people and communications side of our transformation efforts ensuring awareness of progress and adoption of new process and technologies.

You will be responsible for assessing impact, designing communications, and building training strategies that equip finance employees with skills to transition from traditional workflows to modernized, agile ways of working.
