The WFM Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, support, and optimization of the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This role serves as a technical and functional subject matter expert, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
