岗位职责 / Duties:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the annual strategic planning process, including setting objectives, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating actionable plans that align with the company's long-term vision.
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal operational data to identify opportunities, potential threats, and areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain performance tracking frameworks, dashboards, and reports to measure the success of strategic initiatives and communicate progress to senior leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with leaders across departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations) to gather insights, build consensus, and ensure seamless execution and alignment of strategic plans across the entire organization.
Financial Modeling & Budgeting: Collaborate with finance teams to build and evaluate business cases, financial models, and forecasts that support strategic investment decisions and resource allocation.
Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the company.
Project Management: Oversee and manage specific strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and follow best practices
