Maintenance Technician Part Time

The Maintenance Technician position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine difficulty.  Performs preventative maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems and equipment of the building interior and exterior under the supervision of the Chief Engineer/ Maintenance Supervisor. The person for this role must have extensive documented experience in HVAC System Maintenance, Troubleshooting and analysis including but not limited to Cooling Tower - chemical maintenance, and both open and closed loop systems.

HVAC Certification and CPO is a strong Plus. Training reimbursements and career development opportunities are available for this role. Part Time- 30 hrs. or less must be open to weekends and evenings- Flexible schedule REQUIRED
