The People & Culture Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the P&C department at Proper Hotel. This position is primarily focused on recruitment coordination, new hire onboarding, associate support, administrative duties, and serving as a bilingual resource for Spanish-speaking team members.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment. Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, as this role regularly provides live translation support in meetings and written communications.
