On call Camp Ponderosa Ranch – Heber, AZ. Greet dining guests with a joyful demeanor. Ensure that the dining area is clean, clutter-free, and welcoming. Assist with any assigned food service preparation. Assist in the Conifer Café as scheduled and assigned. Be willing to accomplish assignments that enhance Ponderosa’s food service experience. Communicate stocking and inventory needs and assist with inventory procedures. Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans as needed.
