RN Transfer Coordinator - PRN - Hospital - Tulsa

The position serves as an integral part of the Hospital operations team by coordinating patient transfers throughout the health system. This position requires daily high-level communication to providers and clinical support staff and ensures that patients are placed in the appropriate level of care available at each unique facility.

This position also ensures that patients are cared for inside of the health system when clinically appropriate. Incumbent is under the supervision of the RN Transfer Coordinator Supervisor.
