Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. * Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management. * Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role, preferably within the HL sector. * Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
