The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions across the field organization, including Retail Operations, Retail Sales Managers, and Distribution Center (DC) Operations. This individual will serve as a talent advisor to hiring leaders, building candidate pipelines and driving a seamless, high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
