We're looking for a Rapid eLearning Developer who can join our client in Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma, Ortigas, Pasig City!

Key Responsibilities

Convert existing content into engaging and structured eLearning modules using tools like Storyline and Rise Build simple, effective interactivity (e.g., quizzes, tabs, click-and-reveal) Collaborate with SMEs and L&D teams to develop learning materials Design clean, visually appealing, and on-brand course templates Source and edit basic multimedia elements (images, audio, video) Upload and publish courses to LMS platforms using SCORM/xAPI Conduct QA testing to ensure courses function properly and track correctly Requirements (Must-Have) Experience in eLearning development or digital content creation Hands-on experience with multiple LMS Strong ability to deliver outputs quickly and independently Experience working with stakeholders or cross-functional teams Good eye for layout, structure, and visual presentation Nice-to-Have Experience with Articulate Storyline and/or Articulate Rise Experience with Canva, Vyond, or similar multimedia tools Exposure to Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.
