Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Parts Supervisor to join our Ford dealership in Swindon. You will need to operate well within a team as well as on your own as you will be working closely with our sales and service team. The is offered on a full-time permanent basis Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday AM’s and will report to the Aftersales Manager.

We are looking for individuals that also possess the following attributes: ü People focused and an inspiration team player ü Have excellent telephone manner ü Experience controlling KPIs and budgets ü Previous experience at a supervisory level would be highly beneficial ü Customer facing experience and proficient in IT systems Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels managed
- Maximising profitability and efficiency of the whole department
- Co-ordinating with the Sales/Service departments to give the best customer experience
