JOB SUMMARY
The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical oversight, behavioral assessment, and intervention services for children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) across educational and residential settings. The BCBA is responsible for developing and supervising individualized behavior support plans, conducting functional assessments, and training staff in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based behavioral services, while supporting professional development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
