From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 years working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Infrastructure Senior Specialist Scope of Responsibilities Supervision of the operation, maintenance, and repair of Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical installations.
Ensuring the safe and reliable operation of transformer substations, electrical switchgear, and power distribution systems. Oversight of building infrastructure and all technical systems within the facility. Management and supervision of water and sewage systems, including performance monitoring, organization of inspections, and coordination of repairs and breakdown response.
Supervision of gas boiler plant operations and heating systems to ensure efficient, economical, and safe performance. Responsibility for the proper operation of water treatment systems, particularly Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. Oversight of fire protection systems, including Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS), smoke extraction systems, and fire protection equipment, ensuring full technical functionality and compliance with applicable regulations.
Organization and coordination of technical inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair activities for equipment and installations. Monitoring operating parameters of technical equipment and analyzing operational data. Cooperation with service providers, utility suppliers, and contractors engaged in maintenance, repair, and investment projects.
Supervision of work performed by external contractors and acceptance of completed works. Preparation of technical specifications and participation in modernization and investment projects. Verification of compliance with technical requirements, standards, and applicable legal regulations. Maintenance of technical, operational, and handover documentation.
Participation in root cause analysis of failures and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Optimization of utility consumption and facility operating costs. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (H&S), Fire Protection, and Building Law requirements. Supporting the planning and management of the technical infrastructure maintenance budget.
Qualification Requirements University degree in a technical field (preferably Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation & Control Engineering). Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a position related to technical facility maintenance in industrial, manufacturing, or building infrastructure environments.
Valid SEP certifications: G1 (Operation & Supervision) G2 (Operation & Supervision) G3 (Operation & Supervision) Practical knowledge of MV and LV electrical systems operation and maintenance. Experience in supervising water and sewage systems, gas-fired boiler plants, and water treatment systems. Knowledge of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) and fire protection equipment and installations.
Knowledge of Building Law, Health & Safety, and Fire Protection regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, electrical schematics, and process diagrams. Experience in managing external contractors and coordinating service providers. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical failures effectively.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English, enabling effective communication in a professional environment. Competencies High level of independence and accountability.
