Job Title: Sales Executive/ Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Company:Verifitech Info private limited Job Summary KEY Responsibilities: o Develop and support retail sales and focus on business and its growth in the region o Business development in market with B2B and B2Cclients o Dealer/channel management in Bath and Kitchenand water segment o Organizing Events and Training of all stakeholders o Liaising with central customer service, marketing and technical service o Visiting Channel partners or customer sites to understand feasibility of products o Follow up on all leads generated through various sources – dealers, architects, designers, developers, etc.

Sales/implementation where necessary to build client relationships o Preparation/review of weekly/monthly MIS o Order Management and Dispatch o Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes o Preparation /updation of product, company and specific sales or technical presentations o Coordination with back office for logistics/supply of material o Conduct training sessions for dealers and architect firms o Keep up to date on product information and the recent trends in the industry Requirements Skill Requirements: Ability to understand electrical and electronic products ● Strong organization and planning ability ● Customer relationship and development ● Execution excellence ● Communication excellence both written and verbal– English, Hindi and local language– High level of fluency in English ● Presentation skills – develop and make presentations ● Channel development and management capability– Preferred channel experience with sanitary or water solution products ● Understanding of after sales service, spares and technical management ● A demonstrated capability in flawless and timely execution is a key requirement for the role ● Essentially an individual contributor role with support from vendors and service providers ● Education Requirements:Graduate or Post graduate in any discipline Salary:INR 40000-50000 per month (negotiable based upon candidate’s caliber) Benefits Benefits: ● Health insurance ● Performance and efforts-based incentives schedule:Day shift S Supplemental pay types:Travel expenses as per policy Looking for candidates who have a consistent spark towards learning, design mindset, performance oriented and passion for career growth.
