5+ years of hands-on Service. Now IRM/GRC experience Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML & CSS Experience with Service. Now configurations, form design & reporting Hands-on exposure to Flow Designer & platform administration Good problem-solving and debugging skills Certification Requirement: Service. Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
