Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
12+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with extensive experience in CPQ (Salesforce CPQ and/or Apttus/Conga CPQ). Define the target data model using standard Salesforce objects, including Product Catalog, Pricebook, Quote, Order, Digital Revenue Order (DRO), Contract, and Asset. Design the pricing approach, including attribute-based pricing, price waterfall, and pricing rules.
Define the integration strategy for feasibility, regulated pricing, vendor portals, and the order-to-fulfillment handoff through the DRO Integration Definition. Own the solution-level migration and DevOps design. Review and approve all solution builds to ensure alignment with the approved architecture and design. Lead discovery workshops, produce high-level and low-level solution designs, and chair design authority reviews.
Mentor developers and validate project estimates at the conclusion of the discovery phase. Experience with at least one Agentforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud Advanced implementation. Expertise in designing product catalog, pricing, and quote-to-cash solutions. Advanced experience with DRO order orchestration and external service integrations.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification. Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ Specialist certification.
