As O&J CHERY LEPAS accelerates its full-scale expansion into the European market in 2026, we are looking for a Documentation Specialist to support our international trade operations in the Netherlands and EUB region.
In markets operating under the general agency trade model, transactions involving Letters of Credit (L/C) and international collections require strong process control and risk management. To support smooth banking processes, customs clearance, and international trade operations, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional for this role.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the full L/C process for dealers, including application review, issuance coordination, document preparation, and bank submission Track document status in real time, handle bank discrepancy notices, and update risk warning mechanisms Prepare and manage Proforma Invoices (PI) and Commercial Invoices (CI) to ensure consistency with L/C requirements Maintain dealer collection accounts and support monthly reconciliation with headquarters Improve operational efficiency by reducing the collection cycle and enhancing order and fund management efficiency Strengthen risk control by closely monitoring L/C status, reducing document discrepancy rates, and avoiding unnecessary costs such as demurrage and penalties Coordinate with banks, logistics providers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth international trade operations What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in documentation, international trade operations, banking, or related areas Local banking work experience in the Netherlands is preferred Solid hands-on experience in L/C documentation and strong English communication skills Familiarity with export operations, customs procedures, and international logistics agency business Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills What We Offer The opportunity to join a fast-growing international automotive company during an exciting expansion phase in Europe A dynamic and international work environment with direct impact on business operations Competitive salary and benefits package Professional growth and development opportunities within a global organization
