Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) – Automotive Join our Quality team in a fast-growing e. Mobility environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supplier component quality in global automotive projects (including OEMs), with a real impact on quality performance and supply chain development. Job Purpose Ensure supplier quality performance by driving effective problem resolution, continuous improvement, and robust supplier development processes.

Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure high-quality standards and support smooth product launches. 🔹 Your Responsibilities Manage supplier quality (Supplier Quality Assurance – SQA) in automotive projects Analyze and solve quality issues using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa methodologies Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) at suppliers Conduct supplier audits Evaluate and develop suppliers (Supplier Development) Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and global suppliers Support new product launches (APQP, PPAP, component implementation) Manage supplier changes (Supplier Change Management) Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, complaints, KPIs) 🔹Our Requirements Must-have: Technical degree (preferred: electronics, mechanics, mechatronics) Minimum 2 years of experience as: Supplier Quality Engineer / SQE / SQA , or in supplier or production quality within automotive Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa Familiarity with standards: IATF 16949, ISO 9001 Experience working with suppliers and solving quality issues Knowledge of APQP, PPAP processes English at a communicative level (min.

B2) Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment Independence and sense of responsibility 🔹 Nice to Have Experience in electronics / PCB / electronic components Knowledge of measurement methods and ability to read technical drawings Experience in supplier audits Knowledge of VDA 6.
