Job description
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Maintain employee records and update HR databases/documentation Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hospital standards Coordinate administrative operations including housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory records Handle employee queries and resolve basic HR/admin concerns Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational documentation Support smooth day-to-day hospital administrative operations Requirements MBA in HR / Healthcare, MHA, or relevant qualification 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or hospital operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and HR processes Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HIS, and reporting tools Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Benefits Competitive salary - 10,000 to 12,000 a month (based on skills and experience) Opportunity to work in a growing healthcare organization Career growth and learning opportunities Exposure to both HR and hospital administration functions Supportive and professional work environment
