Location: Cutchi Memon Society, Karachi About the Role: We are seeking an experienced "Import Executive" for one of our client's to join their team on full-time onsite basis. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end import activities under supervision, ensuring smooth shipment handling, timely clearance, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
What You'll Do? Coordinate end-to-end import activities under supervision, from shipment booking to clearance. Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and GDs. Liaise with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth shipment handling. Track shipment status and follow up for timely clearance and delivery.
Support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain proper records and filing of all import-related documents. Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and finance for import-related matters. To Succeed in This Role: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in import operations or a similar role. Basic understanding of import procedures and documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up independently.
