Lead Systems Engineer - AD Expert

Technical Skills & Competencies:

Core Microsoft & Infrastructure Skills

Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and its cross-functional integration with other Microsoft solutions/products. Proficiency in PowerShell for maintaining, transforming, and creating automation scripts. Solid understanding of Windows Server technologies, including: Active Directory (AD) DNS DHCP Expertise in PKI administration. Experience with Document Classification & Protection (AIP). Broad knowledge of systems related directly or indirectly to Messaging. Active Directory & Identity Management

Hands-on experience with:

Promotion/demotion of Domain Controllers GPO administration and management AD health checks Site/subnet configuration Trust relationships Understanding of multi-domain and multi-forest architectures. Experience with Strong Authentication Knowledge of ADFS and Office 365 identity integrations.

Basic understanding of Project Management principles. Ability to demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Solid grasp of ITSM / ITIL processes; certifications are an added advantage.

Additional Skills (Good to Have): DFS (Distributed File System) ACL (Access Control List) management Storage concepts, especially NAS systems

Communication & Collaboration:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory). Ability to engage effectively in global projects and deliverables across EMEA, Americas, and Asia. Should be able to organize workload, follow procedures, and provide required reporting/escalation updates to management. Operational Responsibilities :

Prepare and deliver reports requested by management and compliance teams. Contribute to Business Continuity (BCP) testing, project collaboration, and handling escalations or crisis situations. Ensure effective coordination with international teams and managers through structured communication and documentation.
