Community Memorial Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital committed to providing excellent care to our community, is seeking a Full Time Wellness Center Rep to support the physical fitness and social well-being of the members by establishing and maintaining a safe, positive engaging environment, and to help members achieve their goals they have set.
