Pace Outreach Specialist (Central Valley Pace - Modesto)

The Outreach Specialist plans, organizes, and directs all outreach and marketing efforts. Involved in the intake and enrollment, and coordination with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate new PACE participant enrollment.

This position will support our Modesto PACE Center, schedule is Monday – Friday, working from 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Compensation

$25.87 - $27.16 an hour
