The supervisor is responsible for training and guiding staff in the proper use of specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals, and for monitoring team performance to ensure both efficiency and thoroughness. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with maintenance and operations departments to integrate cleaning activities smoothly into airport processes, while also managing administrative tasks such as inventory control and reporting.
