We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our R&D Department.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management Proven experience managing Embedded Systems projects Familiarity with Trello and TortoiseSVN is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Project is preferred Advanced level of English Strong reporting and presentation skills Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities Analytical mindset with a solution- and results-oriented approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment For male candidates, military service completed is preferred Responsibilities Develop and implement project plans Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports Identify project risks and develop effective risk management strategies Ensure weekly and monthly project targets are achieved in line with business plans Assign tasks and monitor team members’ responsibilities and performance Facilitate information flow, coordination, and communication within and across departments Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and ensure adherence within the team
