Job Description The Building Inspector I, II, and III positions are responsible for the inspection of residential and commercial construction sites for compliance with structural, mechanical (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and erosion control code and ordinance requirements, and applicable approved plans.
