Senior Leasing Executive (Retail/Electronics)

Job Descriptions Reporting directly to the Director for site acquisition, the person shall be responsible for the following portfolio :-

• Management of site documents
• To liaise with mall management/tenants on any queries/complaints and to follow through up to a satisfactory outcome for both mall management/tenants and Company.
• To assist in the preparation of documentations related to tenancy agreements, new agreement and renewal.
• To assist source and secure tenants for Company’s property and ensure all leasing documentation are in good order
• Liaise with Management on Tenancy Agreements
• Maintain strong and good relationships with mall managements and new tenants Requirements Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Flexible individual, willing to travel extensively, and work long hours
• Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good analytical skills and have an eye for detail
