About the Role
The Data Analyst role is critical to promoting data as a key differentiator for Nomia. You will help drive innovation by assisting Nomia in becoming a truly data-driven organisation — putting data at the heart of all business decisions and providing actionable insights across the business. Spot Build dashboards and reporting across various functions, including executive dashboards, financial reporting, and platform insights Assist the business in accessing data that is clean, actionable, and insightful Build analytical tools to help interrogate data from prospective customers and support the Sales team in building business cases Improve Nomia's data governance processes Present your work and findings within the business Stay abreast of advancements in data analytics About You 3+ years' experience as a Data Analyst Proficient in SQL and Python Expert at data visualisation using Thought.
Spot (preferred), PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools Proven experience analysing data, generating insights, and presenting your work Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences Experience in procurement or tech companies is preferred Genuine enthusiasm for learning new ideas and techniques General Ensure compliance with Nomia's data protection and information security policies Hybrid work model — 3 days per week in office, with flexibility based on training or team needs Promote inclusivity, innovation, and ethical use of AI across the organisation Be adaptable and proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and methods as the AI landscape evolves
