The candidate must be able to read, write and speak both English and Japanese fluently. * The candidate must be highly self-motivated and self-directed. * Excellent ability to present ideas in a professional and user-friendly language and have excellent telephone, verbal writing and organizational skills. * This position includes early day arrival or late night depending on severity of issue and work load.

Occasional weekend, holiday, and evening work required. Desired Qualifications The following certifications are not required but preferred: A+ certification, Networking+, Cisco or Microsoft certifications and/or a number of years with hands on experience in the above requirements. * Proficiency in Microsoft products and Active Directory structure and operational procedures.
