Overview

The person will be responsible for Syndicated loan set up & maintenance as a participant and Bi-Lateral Loans, ensuring the timely disbursement of funds and processing transactions through SIRE and LoanIQ, timely & Accurately processing Loan openings, closings and rollovers in SIRE or LoanIQ. What you'll be doing Track and control the receipt and payment of principal, and interest, fees Investigate and report transaction discrepancies Clear open items and daily exceptions Reconciliation of receivable settlements including buffer accounts where appropriate Create & Maintain operational loan files and archiving Additional job related duties & responsibilities as assigned Who we are looking for 3-5 years of experience in the area of Syndicated loan set up, maintenanc & processing Complete knowledge of loan processing, practices, applications and procedures Understanding of loan products including receivables, syndicated facilities and fee structures Thorough knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC rules and regulations, KYC policies and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel) and possibly LoanIQ Detail oriented in order to identify discrepancies in notices and payments Proficient in the reconciliation of “Nostro”, and Sundry accounts.
