• Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: The CDF will support day-to-day project implementation, including activity planning, coordination with partners and communities, logistics, and documentation. This role ensures smooth execution of field activities and timely follow-up on action points. The Community Development Facilitator serves as a catalyst, capacity-builder, and partnership broker at the community/church level, facilitating community-led initiatives that improve and sustain the well-being of children and their families. The role mobilizes and strengthens community groups, supports local planning and decision-making, and ensures meaningful participation of children and families in development processes. In addition, implement quality project interventions. The CDF is based at the Area Program and spends the majority of time in communities and churches (75%), applying principles of servant leadership and community empowerment to enable sustainable transformation.
