First Batch is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist for a 90-day contract engagement to identify, engage, and build relationships with exceptional talent across our winery locations in Washington, D.C., Brooklyn, NY, and Chicago, IL. This role focuses on proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development for critical positions across the organization.
Partnering with the Senior Director of People, Recruiter, and hiring managers, you'll source passive talent, build talent communities, and support long-term hiring needs. This is a remote, 90-day contract position averaging 20–25 hours per week, with preference given to candidates located in or near one of our three markets.
