Job description
The Foreman is responsible for training, directing, supervising and, if necessary, disciplining crews and other workers. Foreman are leadership figures in a given project and are expected to coordinate employee efforts, evaluate progress and provide assistance and direction to increase efficiency. Foreman are responsible for organizing the overall construction of a particular project having specialist knowledge focused on the overall management of the job site.
