Business Analyst

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of payment processing, accounting principles, bookkeeping workflows, foreign exchange (FX), and financial transaction processing. Extensive experience conducting complex business and system analysis independently. Experience working in banking environments, preferably within organizations with multiple branches, legal entities, or subsidiaries.

Proven experience analyzing and supporting end-to-end business processes across multiple systems, platforms, and organizational units. Good understanding of payment formats, messaging standards, and financial transaction workflows. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments, accounting, and financial reporting.

Ability to work independently, proactively drive analysis activities, and deliver actionable recommendations from analysis through implementation.
