Our Litigation Section handles complex, high-stakes matters from pre-filing investigation through trial, and we rely on a deep bench of paralegal and litigation support professionals to keep our trial teams running smoothly under pressure. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in all phases of litigation including case management, discovery, document reviews, e-Discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and trial preparation.
