(Compensation: KES 15,000 Retainer + Commissions) Key Responsibilities

• Introduce the platform to retailers and explain the value proposition of the platform.
• Recruit retailers onto the B2B e-commerce platform.
• Guide retailers to download and use the web app.
• Train retailers on how to place orders through the platform.
• Onboard retailers to WhatsApp community channels, which will serve as the main platform for campaigns and engagement.
• Drive first-time product purchases by ensuring recruited retailers convert into buyers.

Requirements

• Experience in FMCG field sales, activations, or merchant recruitment
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic smartphone literacy for app onboarding
