Growing Regional firm looking to add a talented Architect to their Cincinnati office! Position Requirements: -Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Registered Architect - 5-12 years experience -AutoCAD 2012 or 2013 required -REVIT experience -Proven track record of design and project administration -Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Duties:
- Ability to work on a variety of building types -Design and documentation
- Meeting with community representatives and clients to discuss all issues involving projects
- Ability to provide feasibility studies and building surveys -Permitting research, submittals , and follow-up -Planning and Zoning representation -Coordinating with all disciplines on project -Project status reports and conference calls
