Associate (Health & Wellness) Physical Director- Middletown YMCA Family Location

The Associate Physical Director supports the Physical Director in the daily operations and strategic goals of the Adult Fitness Center, Group Exercise, Specialty Populations Fitness, and Personal Training programs. This role provides leadership to assigned staff, ensures high-quality member experiences, and supports program growth, performance, and operational excellence.

Staff teams will be assigned based on area of expertise and may include Fitness Center Staff, Group Exercise Staff or Personal Trainers
