Job description
Plumbing Foreman leads field crews in executing plumbing installations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role bridges field teams and project leadership, coordinating daily tasks, managing labor productivity, and ensuring compliance with specifications and safety policies.
Medgas experience and/or endorsement is required for this position. However we support several Houston area companies with multiple positions open in Plumbing, commercial construction, Mechanical / HVAC, Electrical, and BIM/VDC; so if you don't have Medgas / Plumbing experience, let us know what type of job you are looking for in those categories.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs. The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for material coordination, crew development, and site documentation while leveraging technology for scheduling, tracking, and reporting. Requirements
5+ years of Plumbing experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role; Journeyman (or better) Plumbing license required Medical gas endorsement and experience required Strong ability to read and interpret construction documents. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience with digital reporting, scheduling, and tracking tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Valid driver’s license Benefits Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Bonus, and other incentives
