Job description

  • Originate transactions for the SSL perimeter, in co-ordination with other Societe Generale teams as appropriate
  • Structure and execute SSL transactions in accordance with SG and SSL governance and approval process (internal memos, credit application, legal documentation negotiation and review…)
  • Acquire knowledge of SSL product offers, conduct market intelligence
  • Participate in the development of the SSL franchise (marketing, development of new products) in the whole of APAC
  • Manage day-to-day relationships and coordination with internal parties (e.g. risk, legal, finance, tax, KYC teams, compliance, middle-office) and external ones (e.g. lawyers, auditors, corporate servicers)
  • SPV management : Assume director roles and governance in the legal entities that are used for the transactions
  • Be fully aware of and adhere to internal Policies that relate to you, your business or other businesses for which you have any level of responsibility
